How do I return the goods?

To request a return, please send us a message via the “Contact Us” section, after which you will be sent a Returns or Warranty Request Form.

Please fill in the form you receive with all the information required.

Send the completed application to Detalpro at info@detalpro.lv.

You will then receive a printable return label to stick on the outside of the dispatch packaging.

The goods must be returned in their original dispatch packaging.

Make sure that the parcel packaging is appropriate for the size and weight of the goods and that it contains additional cushioning materials such as crumpled newspaper or bubble wrap, which can stabilise and protect the goods. In case the original packaging is damaged, the product may be wrapped with protective paper or cling film.

The products are reviewed and tested before the buyer is refunded.
