Purchased goods are delivered by the company's transport or through SIA Latvijas Pasts. All duties and taxes payable in order to receive the parcel at the delivery destination shall be borne by the Buyer. Delivery charges are displayed before the order is confirmed. Purchased goods are delivered to the address indicated by the Buyer within 1 to 3 working days from the day when the goods are in stock. In exceptional cases, Detalpro has the right to dispatch the goods up to 45 calendar days by informing the Buyer.
Check that the packaging of the product is not damaged on the outside. If the packaging is damaged, you must notify the delivery company immediately after delivery.
If any part is missing or damaged upon receipt, you must notify Detalpro within 5 working days.
It is the buyer's responsibility to check the conformity of the part before it is fitted to the car.
The Buyer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the receipt of the goods and to return the goods without specifying the reason for return by completing the withdrawal form and delivering it together with the goods to Detalpro. (Depending on the product, the buyer may not have a mandatory right of withdrawal, in which case the reason must be clearly stated and explained). The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal person.
In order to exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the goods may only be used for their intended purpose. The Buyer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercise of the right of withdrawal. If the goods are inappropriately used or damaged, if the goods are handled carelessly during use or if the instructions are not followed, if the original packaging of the goods is lost or if the packaging is substantially damaged, Detalpro has the right to refuse to accept the return of the goods.
The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to Detalpro without delay, but no later than 14 days after the date of dispatch of the withdrawal form. Upon receipt of the returned goods, Detalpro will make a refund immediately, but no later than within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method chosen by the Buyer when making the purchase
Detalpro has the right to withhold payment until it has received the goods or proof of return from the Buyer.
If the Buyer has chosen a shipping method other than the cheapest shipping method offered by Detalpro, Detalpro shall not be obliged to compensate for the excess shipping costs.
Detalpro shall not be liable for any delay in performance or non-performance or other failure to perform due to circumstances and obstacles beyond Detalpro's reasonable control.
Detalpro reserves the right to refuse to sell the goods and to demand the return of the goods from the Buyer if the price quoted by Detalpro is significantly less than its market price due to an error.
All products purchased at Detalpro come with a manufacturer's warranty. The buyer has the possibility to file a claim for defective goods within 24 months from the date of delivery.
In order to make a warranty claim, the Buyer must complete a cancellation form, providing all the necessary information, as well as a description of the defect in the goods.
If the returned product is passed on to the product manufacturer for further consideration, the process can take up to 90 days. During the examination, it is checked whether the case is attributable to a manufacturing defect.
If a manufacturing defect is found and the problem with the defective product cannot be rectified, the purchase is cancelled. In this case, the Buyer is offered the possibility to exchange the product or refund the price.
Detalpro shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred as a result of incorrect order or product, or incorrect installation or operation of the product.
In matters not covered by these terms and conditions, the Purchaser and Detalpro undertake to comply with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia.
All disputes shall be settled by mutual negotiation or correspondence. If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation or correspondence, the dispute shall be settled in the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
